I am a progressive American who seeks fundamental change for America so that we may become the great nation we are meant to be!  Go Obama!  The moniker is making fun of Sean Hannity who calls everyone who calls him that agrees with his regressive notions a 'great American'.  Unfortunately, that name was already taken by some conservative, so I went with the punny 'grade A'-merican.  And I like eggs, so there's a joke there also.
